Big Boy's Burgers

Okay, this place is AMAZING. The burgers are awesome, and the chicken greek salad is the best I've ever had. They make the dressing in house. The staff here are exceptional

Getting a bit disappointed... It seems that skip the dishes or whatever services are picking up from the restaurant get priority over us that come to the restaurant to dine in. Thursday we went in and our French fries were burnt on both ends and onion rings were overdone as well. My chicken was cut that my bun was so thin on one side and I had to eat one side without the bun. The two 1/2 pound hambergers were not as good as usual either. I did not eat them but that was the consensus at the end of the meal. I would like to see the quality return because we have enjoyed the food and atmosphere associated with our visits there

Definitely in the top three of the best burgers I've ever had. I'd put it in between Lakeview Burger and Five Guys. Not expensive but not cheap either. Limited seating but fast and exceptionally friendly service. They really helped this new guy out with selection. The fries have big portions, filled up with an extra scoop. I will most definitely return.

There was so nice, and all of the employees was very kind. Especially, steak hamberger and steak salad was excellent. I never seen like this restaurant before.

Happy to know that I could order thru Skip the dishes, thanks to your big sign out front. So thrilled my favourite burger place is still open, and busy . Dont really know why I waited 10 years to try this place out?? Drive by it all the time and today we finally did it. We were greeted with smiles and hellos from everyone!!! How nice and friendly . Food was absolutely delicious and exceeds all expectations. Better than big M in Pickering. Patty, bun and toppings all fresh . My biggest complaint sometimes at restaurants, is biting into a burger and the meat is pink. I know ppl like it like that, but not me! Cooked perfectly 🙂. Mike the owner came over to our table and was as lovely as ever...making sure we were well looked after. Staff, from start to finish were amazing. Needless to say, well be back for much more. Thanks for making our outing special.

I never knew about Big Boys until a few years ago. I'm so glad my buddy turned me into this place. The Burger's here are fantastic! Juicy, tender and full of flavor. Very tasty! Another good menu option is their Steak on a Kaiser. I usually get their steak on a kaiser mainly because it's always done right. I highly recommend Big Boys Burger's. 👍👍

Absolutely delicious. So impressed. Thank you to the staff for doing such a simple thing like turning down the music to accommodate my husband so he wasn't so overwhelmed. Really appreciate it! Our entire meal was so tasty!! Actually looking forward to our next trip down south to come back to have another burger! :-)

Substantial reduction in quantity of french fries for the price. Really good fresh fries are available at two & half times the quantity for the same price.

wow, just wow. service with a smile, absolutely delicious fresh burger, toppings and sauces were of good quality. Price was fair too. Now lets talk about fries... you know, the kind that have skins still on them. super crunchy on outside but soft on the inside. YEAHHH! Will be coming back to this place.

First time at Big Boys Burger. Places really clean large tables plenty of places to sit down and eat. Plenty of parking when entering greeted by staff friendly. They explain their menu what came with what things you can substitute. Food looks really fresh going to find all the toppings fresh we did a take out took it home love the bun, fresh and soft. Toppings at there best. Cheese and bacon added to the burger . My wife really enjoy the Philly cheese steak sandwich really cheesy again great toppings on it. We will be back again. Very please with how all the employees are very well mannered. Food was amazing havent been to this spot in probably 5 years .well done guys .keep up the good work and the amazing food .

I, like others it seems (after reading a few reviews) have driven past this restaurant without stopping in. That’s a mistake!! The 8oz burger combo was big enough for my wife and I to share. The burger was excellent with a unique charcoal flavour from the grill, and the fries are simply ridiculous. Crunchy served fresh and hot!All of the staff are super friendly. Like surprisingly friendly. It was a great experience! I’m so glad we stopped in, it will be a regular spot for sure!!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. It was a busy family day so place we packed. They did mess the order a bit but not a big deal. As for taste, it was OK!

The name says it all. The burgers are big, notably the “big boy”. What’s not to love about that?? Fries are very good and you get lots. The staff have to be the friendliest I’ve ever met at a burger joint. They often stop by your table, asking you about the food. Just nice genuine people. If you’re really hungry...go work out first...cause your going to need max capacity to finish everything.

Just left Big Boy for the first time. Driven by it so many times and we finally stopped in and wish we had sooner. Met with the kindest staff and the owner was welcoming and helpful. Some of the best chip truck style fries I've ever had! Great portions and flavors. We will definitely be back. Next up will be trying a poutine!!

I have driven by Big Boy’s Burgers hundreds of times and have never stopped in but decided to try it out today! The lady who took my order was the gold standard for customer service! I asked her what I should try and she guided me through all the options and then told me what I should try for my first visit! I ordered the Original Burger combo with fries and it did not disappoint! I highly recommend Big Boy’s Burgers!

Have been driving by this place for months, never bothered to walk in. Today I decided I wanted a burger. Flavour is there, the staff are friendly, and it’s a family run business. Was offered to try their fries since I only got the burger. They are delicious! Will be coming back here for sure!

Super duper friendly and awesome customer service, all the stuff are super friendly. Foods are great. Real fresh cut fries, I didn't ask if hamburger is homemade but it was the best hamburger ever! Just check the photos to see more awesomeness. It's a must try. Missing them is a big mistake. I loved the place and I'll be a loyal customer from now on.

Had a Gyros, fries and a pop with some Friends. Great food and we ended up staying and chatting for awhile. The Owner came up and introduced himself and we chatted. Great guy. Definitely going back!

Very nice people on my first visit they were very helpful on what they offer I felt very comfortable walking in and all the way until I was done. Now the food 👍👍👍👌👌👌I can't say enough other then i cant wait until I'm in the area again so I can go back 5 stars is not enough I give 10 stars and tell anyone that has not been here to go and dont go with tight fitting clothes lol..

Great place with amazing food and friendly service. The burgers are delicious along with their fresh cut fries. Salad was huge and fresh. Mike made us feel welcome and spoke with us like we were long time friends. Can't wait to go back and try something else!

Had always seen this location when coming to town for kids hockey and thought it looked interesting. And since I love burgers, I knew someday we would try it. Well today on our way to a Jays game we stopped in. This place not only delivers great food (delicious burgers and fries) but the customer service is amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. We will be back!

Last night I had one of the best burgers I ever had in my life. I have lived in the GTA and often driven by Big Boy's Burgers but never gave it shot. The joke sure was on me! This restaurant was clean, the hospitality was incredible to the point where one of the cooks came out to give me a house dipping sauce to try out for my onion rings. Thanks you guys for the great experience!

Fantastic customer service!!From the moment you walk through their doors, you’re welcomed with big smiles and suggestions for your orders.Surface parking is available, though we hadn’t noticed accessibility access at the front, it may be in the rear of the building. The size/portions were good and drinks are refillable.Staff check up on their customers as they pass by and completes the old-fashioned family diner feel.Almost forgot to take of photo of my burger... oopsie. Burger was very good for Whitby. I liked it very much. The fries were ok, but overall it was enjoyable. Thank you big boy burgers team!

Wonderful service and experience! Told the people working behind the cash it was my first time there and they were totally welcoming and helped us decide what to order! Even had a friendly chat with the boys making my burger. Will definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu and look forward to it.

Big Boy’s makes amazing food! If you love burgers and fries you have to try theirs. The Big Boy burger is a 1/2 pound burger full of flavor and their fries are fresh cut potatoes everyday and are just as amazing and when you add their gravy it’s even better! I have never had a fried egg on a burger till I was recommended one by the staff at Big Boy’s and it is something that has been missing on all my burgers my whole life, it’s unreal! The staff there are super friendly and have great suggestions for food if you aren’t sure what to pick. Their menu has a great variety of grilled food and you can’t go wrong with any of your choices. I can’t recommend Big Boy’s Burgers enough, it is a must try!

A delicious, sloppy burger. The fries are hand cut and also delicious. If you don't care about your meal being a bit of a mess, visually and in terms of what may end up on your lap, give it a try. The taste really is out of this world, which ultimately is what I believe matters the most.

We had Philly Chesse steak combo and the sandwich was amazingly tasty. With caramelized onions and mushrooms was.cook to perfection. Enough for 2 people.

Had a cheeseburger and fries. The burger was definitely.above average. It's the fries that were better than awesome! You could taste.the potato and.the serving.was more than adequate. The burger wasn't overpowered with salt or garlic. In my opinion that's a sure sign of masking substandard meat. All in all a great experience. The staff were.friendly which made for.a great lunch. Will return to try something else. Good selection on the menu.

Nothing but love for this hard working team, and Owner.The food is always great,Minus always being sold out of milkshakes when we try to order. Tonight we got a set of milkshakes and it was worth the wait.... My kids love giving them appreciation notes because they truly do more than serve food at this restaurant.

Truly 5 star service, my wife, baby and I decided to check it out. The owner was behind the counter and had a great demeanor. The restaurant was clean.

Big boy burgers....Their Burgers are amazing. Probably the best onion rings I’ve ever had also. Good atmosphere, everyone is super nice. Last time they gave some sort of chipotle dip for the onion rings which was decent. Continually came to check and see how everything was. We were really impressed overall.

You know, I've been to this place twice, the big boy burger is terrible, the patty is huge and not flavored, the ratio is awful, they need to axe that from the menu, it's all meat, no flavor, use a smaller patty and fix up the sauces and condiments, the poutine is like soup, although the gravy is terrific, use cheese curds instead of regular cheese, and the gyro meat is that awful frozen strips, tzatziki was good, it's a quality issue, not the actual food

Every time we go through Whitby this is a must stop. The food is amazing. U only need to order 1 order of fries to share or onion rings. The portions are huge. U definitely get more than your monies worth here!

A friendly welcoming place. They take time for the customer. Just had a Philly cheese sandwich with fries and gravy...words can not describe. Hadn't had one as fine as this in years. Will definitely stop back in when passing through again. Thank you
